Agreement Further Expands Geographic Footprint and Access to Care

Van Nuys, CA – Nov 19, 2018 – 360 Behavioral Health, a family of providers that deliver exceptional care across the entire lifespan to individuals with behavioral health conditions that interfere with daily living, has completed its acquisition of Behavior Support Solutions’ (BSS) California Operations. BSS provides ABA-based therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). 360 Behavioral Health is owned by DW Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry.

The California-based operations of BSS – including operations in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Diego and Sacramento counties – will be folded into the operations of California Psychcare (CPC), which is a part of the 360 Behavioral Health family that provides similar behavioral health services across Southern California. The acquisition does not include any BSS operations outside of California.

“We are pursuing various avenues as part of our growth strategy, including the acquisition of smaller providers – like BSS – that are looking for an exceptional opportunity to become part of a larger organization,” said Dennis Kogod, Executive Chairman and CEO for 360 Behavioral Health. “We welcome BSS clients, families and staff to 360 Behavioral Health, and we look forward to working with local teams and to expanding access to families in need of care.”

Van Nuys, CA – September 13, 2018 – 360 Behavioral Health, a family of providers that deliver exceptional care across the entire lifespan to individuals with behavioral health conditions that interfere with daily living, has announced its acquisition of Passport to Adaptive Living (PAL). PAL is a behavioral health provider that helps individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities gain the necessary skills they need to function more effectively in their natural environments. 360 Behavioral Health is owned by DW Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry.

Since its inception in 2011, PAL has developed a very strong presence across Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, and has helped more than 650 individuals and families with services including intensive behavior intervention (ABA), social skills training and adaptive skills training. The PAL organization will be folded into the operations of California Psychcare (CPC), which is a part of the 360 Behavioral Health family that provides similar behavioral health services across Southern California.

“We are excited to welcome PAL to the 360 Behavioral Health family,” said Dennis Kogod, Executive Chairman and CEO for 360 Behavioral Health. “Our company is engaged in a thoughtful and very aggressive growth strategy to align with quality-oriented providers focused on expanding care to the special individuals they serve, and PAL is our most recent acquisition. PAL is an excellent addition to our family, and expands both our geographic footprint and our depth and breadth of service offerings.”

PAL has always been committed to the science of applied behavior analysis and scientifically sound treatments. PAL’s programs are customized to meet the specific needs of each individual and are designed to enhance overall quality of life. All programs are managed by highly-qualified doctorate and master’s level staff who specialize in applied behavior analysis and integrated behavioral health, and are always delivered through a kind and compassionate approach.

“We knew when we first met the leadership from 360 Behavioral Health that we’d found an organization with a philosophy, approach and vision that is well aligned with our own,” said Jeremy Wilson, PhD, BCBA-D, CEO and Clinical Director of Behavioral Services for PAL. “Finding the right fit for PAL’s next chapter was very important to us, and we are pleased to join CPC and the 360 Behavioral Health family.”
