Daycare – Traditional

Traditional daycare services are intended to support a child or adult while their caregiver is working or attending an educational program. While caregivers are busy with work or school responsibilities, their loved one is cared for by our trained and responsible providers, who engage with the daycare recipient by participating in preferred activities within the family home.

Our traditional daycare services are provided by staff who are trained to understand and tend to the unique needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Our diverse team of professional providers are experienced and passionate about working with children or adults with developmental disabilities. In addition, all our care providers have passed a live scan clearance as validated by DOJ and FBI, maintain current CPR and First Aid certification, and are certified in Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention (NCPI).

Traditional daycare services must be provided inside of the family’s home and can only be provided for the individual authorized for care. Sessions may be as short in duration as 2 hours, or support may be provided 24/7 depending on the needs of the individual. Prior to initiating care, a supervisor conducts an initial appointment to understand the needs of the specific individual and family, and identifies daycare providers who are a good match.
